Recorder Playing Day conducted by Sandra Foxall.


Sandra started playing the recorder at Teacher Training College, joined the SRP in 1971 and has been Musical Director and Treasurer of the Cleveland branch since 1979. Since 1996 she has also been on the panel of SRP Visiting Conductors, was an examiner for the CSRP, and has tutored on playing days, residential weekends and directed teachers' courses.

Over the years she has done a lot of recorder work in both primary and secondary schools, as well as teaching privately and at Middlesbrough College.

These workshops are practical courses for adults who want to develop their skills in early music, concentrating on the Renaissance style.
